Description:A basic wind style jutsu that the user shoots out a wave of wind that can cut anything like using a Katana. The only flaw is it can only be used once unless the jutsu is perfected by the user.

~History/RP Sample~

History/Background Story:Ryu was always trained in the art of assassination but he was always scared to kill someone.His father, Gin Hayabusa always discplined him hard but he could never get Ryu to really kill someone. Finally the day came when Ryu was sent on a mission with his Sensei to assassin someone who has been stalking around the hidden sand. It came to the point in the mission where Ryu had to do what he was told otherwise he'd risk shaming his clan name. And that was that.

Roleplay Sample:I roleplay at least 5 posts a day, as long as someone is RPing with me. If no one is it's at least Once or Twice a day. I won't be the one who RP's and has a thousand different topics. I honest and very serious but I do like to have fun with Rping as long as someone is Rping with me.

umm..you need elements, you need a letter rank and classification to. And unless your a missing ninja you need a village.

No I don't really need elements because I'll basically be a ninja who is good in combat and use weapons alot. I don't really want a rank and classification because to me that's just a way off saying that people are better than me just because they have some special rank. I don't depend on ranks and classification. I basically want to be dependent on my skills to do the talking not the ranks. I'm basically a ninja who trained alot though without much needed help from others. And to get one thing straight you don't neccessarily have to be part of a village to learn any arts of Ninjutsu, Taijutsu, or Genjutsu. But if I have to I will. But I just saying I don't neccessarily need those main things in particular because I might overpower my self. Plus I'm still need to get used to RPing here. That's why I'm starting out basic here.

You need them, and thats that. This is a RP site with restrictions, not some free naruto RP universe where people do whatever. This is way more professional then where you come from.
