Name: Hidden Technique Release*
Rank: Up to B when used on someone other than herself
Type: Fūinjutsu
Description: This seal takes merely one post to place on the target on any part of their body. When placing it, the user will also imbue it with a particular ninjutsu technique that is released upon activation or when the bearer is in dire need of assistance. Usagi can only place up to B-Rank techniques on others, though she doesn't even need to place any on herself because of her KKG abilities.

The technique can be of up to B rank available to the user who places the seal and is instantaneously activated by the weakened state of the bearer or the simple activation of the one who placed it on them. The seal can only be activated from afar if the activator is within a 30 meter radius.

Usagi's placement of the seal takes only one post, and involves Usagi using her KKG in a tattoo like fashion. She uses ink that disperses at its activation, and it generally only tingles the area of the skin that it is placed upon.

The only way for the victim to break the seal is to activate it themselves (which can only happen if they know how to use that particular jutsu), or already knowing how to remove a seal. Otherwise, they can't do anything about it without the help of someone who does know how to remove it.

Name: Sight Projection Seal*

Description: This seal is rather basic in application and usage. It can be applied to an inanimate object or even a living thing. It takes the form of a kanji meaning "sight" and allows the user to completely see through it as if it were their eye by simply closing one of their eyes and placing their fingers over said eye. They will then channel a connection with the seal, establishing a link in which they may see. Only two may be active at once, however, as the user only has two eyes. It is primarily used for the purpose of research or recon. It takes up a decent amount of chakra over long durations, and can only be used for 4 posts at any one time, and can only be used twice in one post.

Description: This seal is placed on any part of the target's body, besides the one who creates it, and has the general purpose of physical enhancement. This means that if the seal were to be placed on the arm of the target, the strength of that arm would be increased by 30%. The seal is activated by the one who places it after application, meaning that it can be left for days on end before being activated. Once activated, however, the seal will only last 5 of the bearer's posts before receding into the skin. It can then be recharged or completely removed by the one who initially placed it. This seal takes two consecutive posts to place, and Usagi can have three of these out at any one time, but would not normally do such a thing because of the energy it takes her to place it on the wielder.

Description: The user concentrates chakra into their finger and using the heat from that can apply writing on whatever they want. This allows them to write on the skin of animals, iron plates, or a wide range of things however when doing so requires them to be very delicate with their chakra control. This jutsu causes slight discomfort for a living target and if it is on flesh, it will scar.

Description: This sealing technique completely blocks the target's chakra and completely paralyzes, albeit temporarily, them with a sealing formula (封印式, fūin-shiki) drawn on the ground or a wall. This is done by closing enough of the tenketsu of the person caught in the middle to block the chakra flow and limb movements. Signifying this is the stylised kanji for "close," or "shut" (閉, hei) drawn in the middle of the sealing formula. To successfully seal the target, one has to get them exactly inside the sealing formula. This requires great accuracy and is very difficult. Various methods can be used to make this easier. For instance, one can prepare a puppet or a ninja tool. This jutsu will last 4 posts for every letter-rank lower the victim is from the user, and an extra 2 posts during which the victim will slowly be regaining movement, but still unable to use any chakra. They will regain chakra flow only in an additional 2 posts.

Description: This jutsu produces a powerful seal that is used to block or disturb the flow of chakra in a target. Once the seal is completed, the target will become unconscious and unable to fight for a short time. An odd-numbered seal creates an imbalance when placed on top of an even-numbered seal. Applied via physical contact.

Description: This jutsu is used to suppress jutsu-induced marks on a person. Marks of weaker power can be completely suppressed by this jutsu alone, but marks of higher power sometimes cause the seal's power to become dependent on the recipient's own willpower, to some extent. It is also capable of holding back certain Kekkei Genkai. This seal requires a number of hand seals and a large amount of chakra to be performed. Preparation for this jutsu requires two concentric circles with kunai placed in intervals along the circumference, in addition to a number of characters written in blood that radiate out from the center of the curse seal. This jutsu is quick, but painful for the one the seal is placed upon.

Description: A solid, strong barrier formation, performed by four shinobi. Standing in a square formation, the performers are covered from all sides. The faces of the barrier are made from purple flames. The barrier does not allow anyone to enter or exit so long as the ninja are unharmed. Must keep hands clasped together to maintain barrier. The body of anyone touching it will immediately be engulfed in flames. In addition, there is no way to destroy the formation from inside the barrier, since the four people also have a barrier on the inside protecting them. Breaking out is extremely difficult, as the barrier can withstand up to 4-6 A-rank attacks. Lower ranking attacks have little to no effect on the barrier due to its strength.

Description: All members of the clan are able to form ink in his or her mouth, and able to secrete it from his or her hands and fingertips through their pores. The ink can be used for a variety of things, such as using ink-covered fingers as a makeshift writing tool, or using the ink to blind an opponent. This technique takes very little chakra for clan members, though it would, of course, require more if the amount needed is significant.
The ink of the Tsumiko Kahan clan can be adjusted to be slightly more toxic than regular writing ink (which can only happen if the user has a higher BAC than normal), and can harm those whom it comes into contact with depending on if the victim ingests it or anything of that nature.

Description: The ink of the clan members allows them to make physical replicas of themselves using the ink, and they have actual substance and mass. Like other solid clone techniques, the clones can be used to perform tasks the user is unable or unwilling to do for themselves. The range of the clone is limited however, as it can not travel very far from the original body without losing control. Like other clone techniques, if the ink clones are injured enough they will revert back to ink.

Description: Usagi moves forward and delivers a quick slashing attack with her sharp-edged fans, pushing the opponent away from her. She then leaps high into the air above the opponent and removes the senbon needles either in her hip pouch or elsewhere on her person (in an easily accessible place, perhaps even in a scroll) before throwing them downward in a fast-moving barrage. If this technique lands, which it normally will due to the enormous about of senbon, there will be a fairly large number of hits upon the opponent, inflicting decently severe damage.

Description: Waves her fans directly at the enemy, firing away a plethora of crescent-shaped wind blades of condensed wind chakra that can pierce skin, among other things (e.g. wooden logs, paper, etc.). The blades of wind are so condensed, they are thin and sharp enough to feel like enormous paper cuts to the victim. They are also hard to make out unless one can detect the distortion of the air or be able to tell Usagi is attacking when she waves her fans. They travel as fast as the winds of a tornado, making them hard to avoid, since there will be about seven blades of wind, each a metre long, sent towards the target using this.

Name: Kamaitachi no Jutsu | Sickle Weasel Technique

Description: By freely manipulating the gale brought forth by her fans, the many air currents collide and create vacuum pockets. The person enveloped by this gale is assaulted by countless invisible blades, carving up their body. Also, the strong wind power will blow away all incoming projectile weapons and will even make the opponent unable to stay on their feet. Usagi has also shown the ability to manipulate the form of the gale, creating a tornado to envelop and lift her opponent, while also cutting them several times. She is skilled and accurate enough to cut away the armour of a samurai without injuring the wearer. The cuts are at least half-an-inch deep, so the victim will be definitely bloodied and in pain if they survive this attack.

Description: The user whispers a maximum of ten words and uses fūton chakra to carry those words to someone. The slight breeze will head the target's way, and when it reaches them, will deliver the message in a voice only audible to the target.

Description: After performing certain handseals the user will accumulate chakra into their mouth. With enough chakra control the user can spit out senbon-shaped wind projectiles. If it hits the target it will give them decent-sized cuts. The range of the wind senbon is lower than that of a regular one.

Description: This technique was developed as a quicker way to give or retrieve an object at crucial moments in a given range. By focusing on an object and then using her chakra and performing a few handseals, Usagi will form a small ball of wind around the object in an attempt to lift it. At this point, the object can either be gently carried over, or the ball can be dispersed sending the object flying. The stronger ones mastery of wind is, the heavier the object(s) can be taken. Most commonly used for small blades, kunai, shuriken either retrieval, or even a surprise attack. However, note that this jutsu can't be used to freely move around a weapon in mid-air. It can only make it return to you, or send it flying in a random direction.

Description: This jutsu is a more powerful version of the Sickle Weasel Technique: many air currents collide to create vacuum pockets that slashes the opponents, with enough power to slice down many trees in a forest. This technique can deflect both physical and sound wave attacks and attack at the same time, making it both an offensive and defensive technique.

Description: Usagi swings her fans to the sky, causing a giant tornado to descend upon a target. This technique can be set up as a feint as it has a delayed activation. The technique alters weather conditions temporarily and attacks from the sky rather than from the person. The storm clouds that create the attack dissipate immediately after the tornado begins while the tornado continues in a highly concentrated state. Usagi can only control the tornado's initial direction, meaning she can't make it change direction once it's started moving a certain way. The tornado lasts about 3-5 posts, depending on the things it encounters along its path (e.g. trees, buildings, etc.)

Name: Fūton: Atsugai | Wind Release: Pressure Damage

Description: A tornado-like mass is compressed until it has a very high density and is then released. The wind pressure is raised to its highest limit, and once the technique hits the target, the resulting blast sweeps everyone off their feet. If the technique is used by someone who has mastered wind nature transformation, the blast can hit a vast range, inflicting massive damage on both the target and their surroundings.
This technique can be combined with the Fire Release: Intelligent Hard Work, to increase the flame's potency in a great scale, causing a massive fire-storm.

Description: A Summoning Technique is a space–time ninjutsu that allows the summoner to transport animals across long distances instantly. One method involves just hand signs and blood. With this, before an animal summoning can be performed, a prospective summoner must first sign a contract with a given species. The contract can come in the form of a scroll or a tattoo, which is signed in the contractor's own blood and once signed is valid even after the contractors death. After this, they need only perform the hand seals, offer an additional donation of blood, and use the same hand they signed the contract with to summon the creature. The amount of chakra used during the summoning determines how big the summoned creature can be. In the anime, it was shown that if a user attempts to summon an animal without first signing a contract, the user will be teleported to the home of the animal they have a natural affinity for.
An alternate form of summoning is to just use a scroll without any hand-signs. In this case hand signs are not necessary, with chakra not even being necessary sometimes. By using this method, one can summon creatures with whom one does not have a contract with. When an animal is summoned it is transported from its place of residence to the summoner's location. Once summoned, the animal can perform a task or help the user in battle. The summon is not required to help the user, and may be more of a hindrance than an ally. In addition, summons are able to summon their summoner. They may also wear a forehead protector, suggesting a loyalty to only one village.
Summoning can serve as a base for other jutsu.

Name: Jigyakkou no Jutsu - Time Regression Technique

Description: Jigyakkou no Jutsu is a Ninjutsu technique developed by the ANBU to pull out forgotten memories. After forming the needed hand seals, the user will put the target into a trance. After counting back to the day they wish to learn about, they will ask the target to remember incidents they have since forgotten. This allows the user to gather intel that would other be inaccessible.

Name: Meisaigakure no Jutsu (Chameleon Jutsu)

Description: This is a ninja escape technique that allows the user to control how light is reflected around their body with chakra inflections. The technique also erases the user's scent and shadow, and is usable on any terrain, making it ideal not only for covert maneuvers but also offensive strikes. Perceiving the user's position is possible only for ninja who are astute enough to observe minute variations within their surrounding environment, such as distortions of air currents in the immediate vicinity or distinguishing sounds, i.e. footsteps etc. Also, anything dripping from the user (i.e. blood, water, etc.) or that can cover the user would aid in finding them if they come in contact with such substances after initiating the jutsu. However, the usefulness of this ability can be entirely negated by those with special vision dōjutsu or sensory skills.

Description: This is a special "ninja tool summon" that allows the user to seal ninja tools like swords or kunai into a scroll or their clothes beforehand, allowing them to be called upon when needed. The ninja tools can be summoned in an instant just by touching the sealing "marks" which can be drawn anywhere. The greatest advantage of this technique is that the time between taking out a ninja tool, taking the right stance and actually throwing it is greatly reduced. Also when a weapon such as a Fūma Shuriken is summoned, the time needed to throw it can be further shortened by having prepared the weapon in its fully extended form beforehand. Furthermore, because the summonable ninja tools can remain hidden until right before they are used, if this technique is mastered, there are an exceptional number of possible tactics. A large number of ninja tools can be stored within the sealing marks, which can make the efficiency of this technique last longer.

While in the form, they can use the physical characteristics of the one they are impersonating. Requires a C-rank chakra upkeep from both beings to maintain this transformation.

Description: Kai is a Ninjutsu technique which allows the ninja to avoid the effects of a Genjutsu illusion. After forming the needed handseals, the Genjutsu technique will not affect the ninja. The ninja can also use the technique on another individual who was unable to avoid the attack. After forming the needed hand seals, the ninja touches the one affected to end the effect of the spell.

Once finished ordering, Anko's mind started to wander. Suddenly, her Byakugan picked up on the immense amount of chakra in another occupant of the shop, and she turned her head to the girl on her right hand side. As the man placed the food down in front of the girl, Anko quickly registered that she knew her from somewhere. Then she realized the little girl sitting next to her was the little girl from the Akatsuki meeting. Anko had heard of 'the Black Shark' Fuka Mizuoni before in her line of work, and the stories were very interesting. Anko actually was interested to see the girl in battle, and being in Akatsuki with her may just help her get that chance.

Anko watched the exchange of words between she and the shopkeeper from the corner of her eye. Her armor was quite a piece of work, to say the least. She had a feeling that the armor the petite girl was wearing was much stronger and more durable than at first glance. Not having researched too much into the kunoichi, Anko was very clueless on the more specific details about her. By the way she spoke in a monotonous voice to the man, she didn't seem like the type to get easily engaged into a conversation without it concerning her directly.

The woman with the magenta hair wasn't all that surprised by the pouch of gold Fuka casually took out and paid with. After all, a life of a rogue ninja did pay pretty well when you were in the right kind of crowd. When Anko had first become a rogue, and before she had joined the Akatsuki, she had managed to land herself a pretty sweet spot with a smaller, but more business-related rogue organization. She was still pretty rich, though she didn't carry around the money. She had it in a safe place in the middle of nowhere important. Fuka's nonchalance about her gold made the man behind the counter practically take a double take when she handed him the gold. Anko could tell he was doubting such a 'little girl' owned true gold pieces, and she noted the way he stared at the gold greedily. This has to be one of the most.. uncharacteristic villages in the shinobi world, she thought to herself. She cleared her throat and the man suddenly looked over at her impatient expression.

He didn't take long to get her food ready, too, and he set down her order in front of her. She paid with normal currency. He looked about to say something when Kuzana suddenly hopped onto the counter, but the look Anko sent his way made him go back to cooking up more food despite the lack of any other orders. Anko set the small plate to the side and put the pork pieces onto it before turning back to her own food. Hopefully this isn't garbage like the ramen in Suna, she thought to herself with a near roll of her eyes. Before she started eating, though, she wanted to see if Fuka and she might be able to get along. Her quiet attitude already had her on Anko's good side. She broke her chopsticks and ate some ramen for a minute before turning her head and looking over at Fuka.

"Mizuoni, isn't it? Fuka Mizuoni? Isn't it fancy meeting you here of all places," Anko said casually, making sure that the shopkeeper was still minding his own business. He was; he actually looked like he was examining the gold like a professional mineral inspector. Anko doubted he would have been able to tell if it had been fake. Anko, on the other hand, could tell that it was real gold just by looking at it when it had been passed into his shocked hands. "The name's Anko Higurashi, if you didn't know already," she said, not having expected the girl to recognize her anyways. After all, Anko naturally took care to remember the names of certain people, especially people she was associated with in any way. It came in handy at times.
