Questions about Puppetry

I’ve got some questions about puppetry.

1) Do you have to purchase their inventory as well? For example, if I’d make a puppet that can shoot senbon from its mouth, would I have to purchase those senbon as well? Or can I give the puppet its own stock of, say, 100 senbon that are included in the puppet upon approval?


2) Concerning the secret techniques. The way I read it, if I have 4 puppets (P1, P2, PA and PB) I need a secret technique for every possible combination. I’d need a secret jutsu to use P1 and P2 in combination, PA and PB, P2 and PA etc etc) Is it okay for me to include these secret techniques in my app if I’m going to purchase the puppets directly after its approved?

You can start with ammo for the puppet, but once that's up you will need to start purchasing ammo from the ninja shop. There are bulk orders you can make that are a bit cheaper, and come with more for that reason.
