Appearance: Noko has a perfectly symmetrical face, which is barely distinguishable from a normal face, but that subtle difference tends to make it extremely memorable. His eyes are large and circular, hazel in hue. In each eye is a ring that stands as a barrier between green and brown, forming into a crisp gold that pierces through. Each eye is framed by unusually thick and long, black lashes, giving him a slightly feminine appearance. His eyebrows are thin and arching, his nose bony, his lips pale. They are constantly pressed into a straight line, unless he's interacting with people or amused. Anything he finds pleasing like the aforementioned states of being he meets with a wide and toothy grin. His face, still rounded by youth, ends at an equally round chin.
Noko's hair is short and wild, his bangs sticking out in various directions, as if his head were being constantly tousled. He seems to like it like that, and when he musses it up he always punctuates the act with another toothy grin. Like his eyebrows his hair is a deep black, almost unnaturally so. Most days his wild bangs can be found with two particularly long locks pointing in opposite directions, forming a "v" at the top of his forehead.
Slight of build and short, Noko appears to be no more than a small child, which is a fairly accurate description. He has no visible muscle-mass, but like a dancer he does have a great deal of power hidden somewhere in those limbs. His fingers are long, but not disturbingly so, his hands thin but not bony. He has knuckles that barely protrude at all. A small layer of baby fat still covers most of his body, though he does have a flat stomach and small frame. His legs are slightly longer than his torso, but not so much so that one would notice. His feet are small, the toes like his fingers. Noko's skin is pale and unmarred by battle or puberty.
Clothing: Noko tends to prefer ponchos and wool sweaters. They are entirely impractical in his damp environment, but no one's been able to stop him yet. underneath his ponchos he wears black silk shirts, loose-fitting and sleeveless. His pants tend to be as black as his hair or his shirts, fitting to his legs comfortably, not loose but nowhere near as tight as skinny jeans. He tends to prefer going barefoot, but when he knows he must he will don the traditional shinobi sandals.

Personality: Noko is eternally cheerful. He has a disposition for contentedness that nothing so far has been able to shatter. In his mind if it isn't life-ending it isn't worth worrying over. He does have an extraordinary respect for all life, however, and is quick to defend any form of that life. His bond with Panetellium is extraordinarily strong, and the presence of that butterfly is enough to bring him to the highest of his joyous moods. He's always brave and happy with the butterfly on his nose. Kind, caring, and tender, Noko is always willing to aid another human being, though he recognizes the implications of the career he's taken on and has come to grips with the dark reality of his future.

This is my Story
History/Background Story: Noko was born on a crisp November evening, right in the middle. The world was entirely silent when he was finally removed from his mother, her screams dying to heavy breaths. She later joked with Noko that he was born mute because the silence was too beautiful to break; Noko liked that thought. He was a fall baby, so was his mother, but she always liked spring more. So she gave him the name Nokogirisō. He grew up with her and Merellia, her butterfly.
At the age of seven Nokogirisō was taken from his playtime in the gardens and brought to the ninja academy. For the first four months he hated it there. I don't need to say that it was tough for him, being a mute in a classroom full of seven to twelve year olds. But he made it by, he found his new mentality, and he graduated with flying colors. They ended up referring to him as Peryton in the clan, and at the academy they called him a "natural" at ninjutsu. The pun made Noko grin.
Noko took his first steps into the world as a true ninja the day after meeting Panetellium, so in essence they entered the world together. Ever since he's been training and tending to gardens and picking flowers and grinning and wishing he'd be given his genin team.
